1. The Service

TalktoTesla (the "Service") lets you view and analyze your Tesla vehicle data in chat (LINE / WhatsApp): chat Q&A, driving / charging / battery analysis, maintenance and inspection reminders, and driving scores. The Service is an independent product using the official Tesla API and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or xAI.

2. Account & Tesla Connection

Using the Service requires a LINE or WhatsApp account and your own authorization linking your Tesla account. You can disconnect at any time. One account covers multiple Teslas at no extra charge.

Chat responses and predictions (battery degradation, resale value estimates, savings, maintenance timing, etc.) include AI-generated content and are provided for information only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness — consult a professional for important service or purchase decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

We may update these terms as needed and will announce material changes in-app. Except where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, these terms are governed by the law of the service provider’s place of business. For consumers in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence prevail.
